🧭 What time do we need to arrive to meet the tour guide?

• Please keep in mind: when flying to Japan, you will “lose a day” due to time zone differences.
•  If you depart the U.S. on April 9, you’ll typically arrive in Japan on April 10.
• The official tour begins on April 10, 2026.
• All guests should plan to arrive at the hotel in Tokyo on April 10 (regardless of flight time).

🛂 Visa Information

• If you hold a U.S. passport, you do not need a visa to enter Japan for tourism stays under 90 days. Just make sure your passport is valid through the duration of your trip.
• If you hold a non-U.S. passport, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help you check specific requirements.
