1. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $800 per person is required to reserve a space on any Witness Trips tour. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Final payment is due by the date listed on your invoice
- Installment payments must be made on time to maintain your reservation
- Late or missed payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments made toward a trip balance are non-refundable.
2. Rooming & Occupancy
- Accommodations are based on Double, Triple, or Quad occupancy with a private bath
- Single occupancy may be requested at an additional cost
- If a roommate cancels, the remaining traveler is responsible for any single occupancy upgrade unless a replacement roommate is secured
- WitnessTrips.com does not guarantee roommate replacements
3. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted through the via email writing to [email protected] .
Cancellations by phone or text are not accepted.

Unused hotel nights, excursions, meals, or tour components are not refundable or exchangeable.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation schedule above and the date the cancellation form is received.
- Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival may be eligible for a refund, minus applicable penalties
- Cancellations 15–29 days before arrival may be eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations 15 days or less before arrival are not eligible for a refund
Refund Processing
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please first contact your bank or card provider. If further assistance is needed, email [email protected].
5. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is required for all international group trips
- Proof of coverage is required prior to departure
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for domestic trips.
- Travel insurance is available with General Travel Insurance
- Insurance is not included in the tour price and must be purchased separately
6. Flights & Transportation
- WitnessTrips.com is not responsible for missed portions of a trip due to flight delays, cancellations, or missed transfers
- Tours begin as scheduled, and travelers are responsible for catching up to the group if delayed
- Air travel may be booked on major carriers and is typically non-refundable and subject to change
7. Itineraries & Tour Arrangements
- Meals are included only when specified on the itinerary
- The order of itinerary days may change at the discretion of WitnessTrips.com
- Itineraries cannot be modified to accommodate individual requests
- Travelers are responsible for arriving on time to all scheduled activities
8. Payments by Check
Any bank service fees for returned or declined checks are the responsibility of the traveler.
9. Responsibility & Liability
By booking a trip, you confirm that you are in good physical and emotional health and able to participate in group travel activities.
WitnessTrips.com acts solely as an agent in arranging hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and related services and is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, illness, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather or natural disasters
- Acts of God, war, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or strikes
- Airline delays or cancellations
- Lost or delayed luggage
- Failure to obtain proper documentation or travel insurance
Emergency medical care, medications, and special dietary needs are not guaranteed in all destinations. Travelers are responsible for carrying any necessary medications or equipment.
Reservations are non-transferable.
