🧭 What time do we need to arrive to meet the tour guide?

Please keep in mind: when flying to Thailand, you will also “lose a day” due to time zone differences.
For example, if you depart the U.S. on January 6, you will typically arrive in Bangkok, Thailand on January 7.

The official tour begins on January 7, 2027.

All guests should plan to arrive at the hotel in Bangkok (after landing at Suvarnabhumi Airport – BKK) regardless of flight arrival time. The tour guide will meet the group once everyone has checked in.

1. No visa required (U.S. Passport Holders)

• U.S. travelers can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 60 days.

• A 12-day trip is well within this limit.

2. Passport requirements

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your arrival in Thailand.

3. Entry airport

• Most travelers will arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) in Bangkok.

4. Arrival requirements

• Complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card before entering the country.

• Immigration may ask for:

  • Proof of onward/return flight

  • Proof of hotel stay

  • Proof of sufficient funds for your trip
