Refund Timeframe:

  • You have a 30-day window from your arrival date to request a full refund. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange if it’s been less than 30 days.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

  • For cancellations made 30 days before your arrival date, you’re eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel your reservation after the 30-day period but before 15 days of your scheduled arrival, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 15 days or less before your scheduled arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

When you’re waiting for a refund, it’s important to know that the processing time can vary, but typically, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after the refund has been processed. This timeframe includes the time it takes for both your bank and your credit card company to process the refund.

If you don’t see the refund in your account after 10 business days, I recommend taking these steps:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes refunds can be overlooked. A second look might reveal the transaction.
  2. Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: Inquiries with your bank or credit card company can provide insights as they may have additional information on the refund status.
