Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions for Witness Trips outlines important policies regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, and travel insurance. To reserve a spot on a tour, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit per person is required immediately.
Final payments must be made by the date specified on your invoice, with timely installment payments necessary to secure your reservation. Failure to make timely payments may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your trip.
Cancellations must be submitted via the official cancellation form. Cancellation via phone, text, or email cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation fee schedule is as follows:
